Please keep the vehicle on Main Stand and ensure the gear position is in neutral to answer the assessment. The guidelines are as follows
Smoke from Silencer
- Start the vehicle
- Accelerate the throttle
- Check for any smoke coming out of the silencer (Refer Pics).
No Smoke
Black Smoke
White Smoke
Mark Smoke , if Black Smoke or White Smoke is observed.
Problem in starting the vehicle
- If your vehicle has self-start, try to start it first using the self. If the vehicle does not start, there is problem with the self and select the option as Not Starting.
- Try to start the vehicle using the kick. If the vehicle does not start in 2-3 kicks, there is problem in starting the vehicle and select the option as Not Starting.

- Start the vehicle
- Operate the switches and check the working of the following electrical parts:
- Head Light.
- Back Light (Tail Light)
- Front Indicator (Left & Right)
- Rear Indicator (Left & Right)

Condition of the Tyres
- Rotate the wheel freely and observe the surface condition of tyre.
- The tyre surface has to be checked for following
- Worn Out (Flat Pattern)
- Cracks (Broken Thread)
- Puncture

Mark Worn out / Cracks / Puncture , if tyre is worn-out/ has cracks or is puncture.

- Take a walk all around the vehicle and observe the condition of body parts of the vehicle.
- Notice if the vehicle has any of the following appearance related defects:
- Scratch
- Dent
- Crack
No Scratch / Dent / Cracks
Scratch / Dent / Cracks
Mark Scratch / Dent / Cracks , if these defects are presents in the vehicle.
