Hero MotoCorp will provide the fuel for the motorcycles.

All participants must carry eight passport-size photographs, physical and soft copies of their Aadhaar card, and a driving licence. (Please keep four scanned physical copies of all documents.).

Hero MotoCorp will handle all necessary permits.

All participants must carry their necessary riding gear for the expedition ride. 

No, pillion rider is not allowed. 

All the participants must sign the indemnity bond.

All participants must bring a first aid kit containing medication for cough and cold, fever, headache, pain relievers such as Moov or Volini spray or balm, insect repellent, antiseptic cream, and oral rehydration salts, 6–8 sachets. 

Hero MotoCorp will handle all necessary troubleshooting of the motorcycle during the expedition ride. 

All participants are responsible for paying for the excluded activities in the package.

Hero MotoCorp will provide all the meals (B,L,D) during the expedition. 

The room category will be double occupancy.

The expedition registration fee is ₹ 19,999. 

All participants must arrange and pay for their round-trip transportation to Guwahati.
