Where do we have to register, and what will be the itinerary for the expedition?

What is the registration fee for the expedition?
The registration fee for the expedition is ₹5,999.
The early bird fee is ₹3999 & for XClan Members the fee is ₹2999.
Will there be any fees for permits during the expedition?
Hero MotoCorp will manage all necessary permits for the expedition, which are included in the
registration fee.
Are meals included in the overnight package?
Yes, Hero MotoCorp will provide all meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, during the expedition.
Do I need to bring my motorcycle for the expedition?
The riders must bring their Hero Mavrick 440.
Who will cover the fuel expenses during the ride?
Participants will bear the fuel expenses and are requested to arrive with a full tank for the ride. All fuel costs will be borne by the participants.
Are pillion riders allowed?
No, pillion riders are not allowed on this expedition.
Do I need to sign an indemnity bond?
Yes, all participants must sign an indemnity bond, the format of which will be shared after the
participant’s confirmation.
Do I need to carry my riding gear?
Participants must bring their own set of riding gear for the expedition ride.
